FluxFree is a diary and orientation tool. The app and all content on this website do not replace a medical examination, advice, diagnosis or treatment. The reflux risk estimate comes from a machine learning model and is a rough guide, not a medical measurement. Eating and medication plans are suggestions – never change medication without talking to your doctor first. In an emergency such as severe chest pain or shortness of breath, call the emergency number (112 in the EU).
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued.
